    Render queue latency, EU-AMS

    A scheduler bug delayed job dispatch for 47 minutes. Frames queued but did not fail; no data loss. Fixed by a configuration rollback, the scheduler patch shipped the next morning.

  2. 2026-10-04

    Build CDN cache miss spike

    A mis-tuned cache rule sent part of the archive traffic to origin for 12 minutes. Throughput dropped, nothing was served incorrectly. Rule reverted and added to the change checklist.

Uptime is calculated over a rolling 30-day window from edge probes every 60 seconds. Incidents are published after the fix, with the time the component was degraded rather than the time the ticket was open.
